Katrien Pauwels and her partner Tom Janssen are joint owners of OR Coffee Roasters, a Belgian coffee roastery, which handles the entire coffee cycle in-house and buys 90% of its beans directly from growers on their plantations. Katrien switched to Cup-A-Lot, a subsidiary of OR. Cup-A-Lot specializes in high-end speciality coffee and imports unroasted beans from all over the World, which it also distributes to other specialized roasteries in Europe, Russia and the MiddleEast.
