Fiammetta d'Arenberg Frescobaldi was born in Florence in a family of bankers and art patrons, today leading wine producers. She graduated with a degree in bio-engineering and agricultural sciences. She studied art history in London and Geneva and has produced documentaries for television. She lives in Brussels with her family.
